Extrusion Laminating and Coating

We continually invest in our state-of-the-art laminating and coating equipment. The result-packaging film with superior roll profile that performs right down to the core.

Our technology for co-extrusion coatings and laminations employs computer-controlled extruder dies with computerized gauge controls.

  • Five layer co-extrusion laminating in widths up to 50"

Technical Services

Our onsite packaging and process engineers are experts in polymer chemistry, extrusion coating, laminating, and flexographic printing. They will gladly provide you with:

High-barrier Applications

Glenroy is especially known for the ability to package “hard-to-hold” products (products that require packaging with exceptional gas barrier and chemical resistance properties).

We manufacture high-barrier films that protect product integrity by preventing the migration of flavors, fragrances and active ingredients out of the product and into the packaging structure.

Glenroy will provide you with the technical assistance that “hard-to-hold” products require.

  1. First, we’ll analyze the ingredients of your products and suggest packaging materials most compatible with your products.
  2. Then, we’ll test the packaging materials for compatibility with your products in our on-site package engineering lab.
