Glenroy Inc. Introduces Great White ™ Flexible Packaging Film
New Great White ™ flexible packaging film, from Glenroy Inc., offers true color representation in sample packaging.
Menomonee Falls, WI -(June 28, 2005)- Aiming to bring improved color quality to the flexible packaging industry, Glenroy Inc. introduces Great White ™ flexible packaging film, the newest option in obtaining true color in sample packaging.
“Many customers were having difficulty obtaining the whitest background and the purest colors in their sample pouches,” remarked Gary Bobko, Glenroy’s Vice President, Marketing and Sales. “We took their concerns seriously and invested the time and resources needed to create Great White.”
Great White packaging film provides Glenroy customers with the whitest film and produces the purest color quality. Great White’s distinctive film structure hides the foil layer responsible for the graying effect seen in standard packaging film. By hiding the foil layer, Great White achieves a 91 brightness level, a significant difference from standard packaging film with a brightness level of only 76.
Known for its high quality standards in packaging film, Glenroy incorporated its high barrier technology into the Great White film as well. Great White’s distinctive structure is capable of hiding the foil layer without compromising the inter layer adhesion of the structure. “We created Great White to be as high quality in structure as our standard packaging film,” added Bobko. “We take great pride in our film’s ability to retain its adhesion quality as well as offer award-winning reverse printed flexographic excellence.”
